​Timing and Cancellation Policy ​

Within 24 hours of booking You can cancel your booking and receive a full refund, minus a cancellation fee. The fee is %50 off original fee if you cancel online or %60 if you cancel through the from our side To cancel, log in to your account or go on the Confirmation Email click cancel booking

Please aim to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Lıke GP appoıntment and allow extra tıme for traffıc If you are not here on time we take the next client then u will be next after him but if you arrive 5 minute late your appointment will be cancelled. In this case, no refund, change, or cash back will be issued.If you need to change your appointment,or cancel please do it yourself this is down to you and minimum 5 hours before. If is less than 5 hours no refunds change or cash back given

​Pricing and Payment ​

Haircuts for adults or children are £ 15 per person. SKIN FADE 17 Any additional services will incur an extra charge. ​Important: Prices may different on the following days: COST £20 Sundays Bank Holidays, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Good Friday, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve Also outsıde the offcıal workıng hours prıce wıll be £20 .Same day walk in and booking also be £20 as well If you are unsure of the price, please message 07438 227220.

​Full payment is required via bank transfer at the time of booking to secure your slot. Appointments made with a landline number will be cancelled.

​One booking slot is required per customer, including children. We cannot accommodate two clients under a single booking slot and reserve the right to cancel one of them. ​If you need a Haircut and Beard Trim, or are booking for Father & Son, you must book a double slot and select the correct service. which may offer more availability! ​

Policy on Changes and Contact ​We růeserve the right to change, amend, or cancel your appointment without prior notice due to circumstances outside of our control. Should this happen, we will aim to fit you in within the next 72 hours, potentially outside of normal working hours.
