We are a completely cashless business.• Underpayment: If there is an underpayment (i.e., your bill is more than what you have already paid), you will need to pay the outstanding balance (or make a top-up payment) at the store or via bank transfer.Thank you.
In the event of an underpayment, we reserve the right to issue a supplemental invoice which must be settled within 24 hours. Failure to complete payment within this timeframe will result in the automatic cancellation of your appointment. To secure a new time slot, you will be required to rebook. If you do not agree to these terms, you may cancel your appointment through our standard cancellation process.
