Appointments made using a landline or a telephone number registered outside of the UK will be subject to cancellation.• ​

1.2 Identification: The Client’s {full legal first name and surname}} must be provided.• ​1.3 Time Limit for Compliance: If the mandatory information stipulated in Clauses 1.1 and 1.2 is not provided {within two (2) hours}} of the booking being initiated, the appointment will be automatically cancelled.​2. Bookings made under names deemed by the Service Provider to be funny, disrespectful, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate will result in the immediate cancellation of the appointment without prior notice.​3.
