Bookıng and Cancellation Policy: Unforeseen CircumstancesIn the unforeseen and rare event of circumstances or an emergency necessitating the rescheduling or cancellation of your confirmed appointment, we extend our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
Rescheduling due to Unforeseen Circumstances• Re-booking Commitment: Should we initiate a cancellation, we shall endeavor to reschedule your appointment within a period of seventy-two (72) hours from the time of the original scheduled appointment.•
Flexible Scheduling: To accommodate this re-booking, the new appointment time may fall outside of our normal operating hours, which is necessary given that regular time slots may be fully booked.• Policy on Payment and Credits: In the instance of a rescheduling within the aforementioned 72-hour period, no refund, change, or cash back will be issued for the original payment.•
Future Credit: If we are unable to re-book your appointment within the 72-hour window, the payment made will be converted into a credit to be applied toward your next future booking with us.Refund Processing• Eligibility: A refund will only be processed if we, the service provider, initiate the cancellation and are unable to fulfill the service under the terms specified above.• Processing Time: Where a refund is deemed necessary, please allow three (3) to five (5) working days from the date of confirmation of the refund for the funds to be credited back to your account.•
Deduction: The non-refundable booking fee of £1.00 will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded. The final refund amount will be the total paid minus the £1.00 booking fee.By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Cancellation Policy.
Policy Amendments We reserve the right to amend, modify, or remove this policy or any stated price without prior notice as a result of business needs, market changes, or circumstances beyond our control. The most current policy will always apply.
