COMBO SERVICE POLICY Important Booking Summary• Combined Services/Multiple People: If you are booking for two people or require a combination service, you need to ensure the correct amount of time is reserved on the schedule.• Booking Restrictions and Holiday Rules• Single Client Per Slot: We cannot accommodate more than one client in a single booking slot. We reserve the right to cancel one of the appointments if this rule is violated.
One Booking Per Person: Every customer requires their own dedicated booking slot, including children. If you are booking for two children, you must reserve two kid slots.
Combination Services: If you require a combination of services (e.g., Haircut and Beard Trim, or Haircut and Shave), or are booking a joint slot like Father & Son, you must book the designated double slot and select the correct service from the menu.
Please note: A booking for a Father’s full service and one child requires a 1-hour slot to be reserved. ıf not pls book separately
Cancellation Policy: We cannot accommodate more than one client in a single booking slot and reserve the right to cancel one of the appointments if this rule is violated.
Underpayment: If there is an underpayment (i.e., your bill is more than what you have already paid), you will need to pay the outstanding balance (or make a top-up payment) at the store or via bank transfer.Thank you.
In the event of an underpayment, we reserve the right to issue a supplemental invoice which must be settled within 24 hours. Failure to complete payment within this time frame will result in the automatic cancellation of your appointment. To secure a new time slot, you will be required to rebook. If you do not agree to these terms, you may cancel your appointment through our standard cancellation process.
