Children’s haircuts are not available on Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve.

Important: Prices may differ (cost more) on the following days and times:• Premium Days: Sundays, Bank Holidays, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Good Friday, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve.• Premium Times: Late night and early bookings outside the official working hours.• Last Minute: Same-day walk-ins and same-day bookings will also incur a higher price.
Underpayment: If there is an underpayment (i.e., your bill is more than what you have already paid), you will need to pay the outstanding balance (or make a top-up payment) at the store or via bank transfer.Thank you.
In the event of an underpayment, we reserve the right to issue a supplemental invoice which must be settled within 24 hours. Failure to complete payment within this time frame will result in the automatic cancellation of your appointment. To secure a new time slot, you will be required to rebook. If you do not agree to these terms, you may cancel your appointment through our standard cancellation process.
