Premium Pricing and Payment Policy1. Scope and ApplicationThis policy outlines the conditions under which premium charges apply to services and sets forth the procedures for managing underpayments and overpayments. By booking a service, the client agrees to the terms herein.2. Premium Pricing StructureA premium surcharge will be applied to all services booked during the times and on the days listed below:Out-of-Hours Bookings (Everyday before 9:20 AM or after 5:00 PM)£20.00£40.00Premium Days (Sundays, Bank Holidays, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Good Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day)£20.00 £40.00 Last-Minute Bookings (Same-day appointments or walk-ins)A higher price will apply, details provided upon booking.Note: Premium Day surcharges are cumulative with out-of-hours surcharges if the service also falls outside the standard working hours (9:20 AM – 5:00 PM).3. Underpayment and Overpayment• Underpayment: If a client pays less than the total required price for a service (including all applicable premium surcharges), the remaining balance must be settled immediately prior to the commencement of the service. The service provider reserves the right to refuse the service until full payment is received.• Overpayment: If a client overpays for a service, the difference will be refunded via the original payment method within [X] business days, or applied as a credit toward the client’s next booking, as agreed upon by both parties.4. Confirmation and LiabilityClients are responsible for checking the applicable price prior to booking. The final price will be confirmed by the service provider upon booking. If a client is unsure of the price, they must check the official pricing on our website or through our WhatsApp/social media channel.5. Policy AmendmentsWe reserve the right to amend, modify, or remove this policy or any stated price without prior notice as a result of business needs, market changes, or circumstances beyond our control.
